Mr. Hardy directs Pacific Enterprise Capital’s business development in the United Kingdom and Europe. He has extensive experience in sales and marketing across a number of critical industry lines including business intelligence, data warehousing, human resources and business process management software. Mr. Hardy possesses excellent relations with government agencies, venture capital firms and investment houses in the U.K., Europe and Silicon Valley.
Prior to joining Pacific Enterprise Capital, Mr. Hardy was co-founder and head of sales for Simentra Ltd., a UK-based market acceleration company providing client services across several international markets, especially between the UK, Europe and North America. Previous to Simentra, he was alliances director for E2-one, a subsidiary of
Sherwood International, Plc, providing business process management solutions to the financial, retail and telecom industries. Before joining E2-one Mr. Hardy was manager of systems integration for Cognos, Ltd., an industry leader in business intelligence and performance management software solutions.
Prior to Cognos, Mr. Hardy was sales director for Chessington Computer Services, the UK government’s payroll bureau. Chessington was subsequently purchased by Bull who assigned Mr. Hardy to drive sales with all government agencies throughout the country. Previous, to Chessington/Bull, Mr. Hardy was senior account executive for McDonnell Information Systems where he managed large government accounts including treasury and paymaster general. Before joining McDonnell, Mr. Hardy spent 15 years in sales and marketing for Peterborough Software (UK), a major supplier of payroll, personnel and pension administration software.
