Ms. Tuo is responsible for initial deal flow development at Pacific Enterprise Capital. She identifies new opportunities and performs early-stage qualification. She is experienced at analyzing issues associated with new business start-ups in China as well as providing guidance to established companies seeking to maintain sustained growth.
Ms. Tuo brings a wealth of experience to Pacific Enterprise Capital from her many years of business consulting. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Tuo was service manager at the China International Economic Information Center where she advised international clients on setting up business in China. Before joining the information center, Ms. Tuo was deputy general manager of Yuqiao Consulting Corporation where she provided business consulting services to her clients. She has extensive experience working with Chinese and foreign companies. Ms. Tuo has traveled internationally to manage major Chinese business events overseas. In 1996, she was the organizer of the first China Export Trade Show in Stockholm, Sweden. She followed this success by managing the first major China trade exhibition in Seattle, Washington.
Ms. Tuo graduated from The University of International Business and Economics (UIBE,Beijing) where she double-majored in English and foreign trade. In 2004, she was one of thirty women business executives chosen nation-wide to attend the inaugural MBA-level women’s business leadership program at Guanghua School of Management, Peking University.
